In 2009, a single lawnmower was dropped off by a friend that would not run. I diagnosed the issue, sent my friend an estimate before starting work. There would be no charge if the estimate wasn't approved. Word of mouth turned into 2010, we soon had 5 to 7 small engine repairs at our shop weekly. Move to 2016, and we are running full time with 3 employees, 2400 sq ft of shop space, and are able to provide our clients with that same estimate before they spend a dime.
